Citizen-driven engagement platform, designed to bring improvement in quality of life and environment indexes, using live date and online citizen engagement.
The effort will support citizen-friendly government function for all, through structured interactions. These include reporting, monitoring, discussion and keeping complaints or pressure on proper track.
The user-interface will provide live citizen reporting and information on local Quality of Life indices, and ongoing works in any neighborhood. It would help in knowing more about real conditions in the neighborhood using integrated urban data, IoT internet of things, and crowdsourcing, and organing to change things through constructive engagement, and neighborhood/urban/rural development
Citizen-Government coordination
- A close liaison with numerous government departments providing specific services – Karachi, Sindh, Federal – and civil society organizations, runs in the background.
- Soliciting online comments from citizens in future planning for neighborhoods, and or developments works, small and big.
- Transparent or *Live* information on ongoing projects and development works
- Utility service complaints – citizen-monitored, transparent, online systems
- Reliable emergency information

Quality of Life factors are rated for comparison
- Quality of Life indices provide comparative numerical rating of factors such as air quality, water quality, transport, safety, aesthetics, education, culture and entertainment, by neighborhood.
- Live citizen monitoring of ongoing projects, neighborhoods, roads.
- Citizen generated environmental data
- Information design using the Internet of Things, IoT.
Works like a game
- Users interact in *gamified* scenarios on mobiles in a web/app platform (like whatsapp, facebook or careem). Their experiences are intelligently designed.
- Structured online social interaction
